2014
First Assembly of God
I began working at our church as the office admin. My favorite part was creating promotional materials and graphics for events. I began learning everything I could about graphic design from any source I could get my hands on.
2018
Freelance Design Work
My skills were steadily improving and design became my passion. I started A&J Creative Co., which allowed me to design everything from business logos to digital portraits for various clients.
2020
Concordia Bank Marketing Team
After years of serving my church and community, I found a new opportunity at Concordia Bank. At the direction of the bank President, some co-workers and I formed a marketing team. I was given the opportunity to refresh the bank's logo which was used immediately for their social media and apparel.
2021
L•O PROFILE Magazine
The next big step in my career was Managing Editor of the national award-winning L•O PROFILE Magazine. Organizing the staff and content development was exhilarating and seeing it all come together was astounding. It opened my eyes to new possibilities in design and content creation.
2022
Imagemark Marketing & Advertising
I was then hired at Imagemark Marketing & Advertising, as their Marketing Content Specialist. I learned so many things from my time there, but I am excited to see what comes next!
